My last night I decided to splurge and have a fancy Belizean seafood meal. I went to Anglers Seafood house. I ordered their special and it was great. I was alone in the restaurant until a gentleman walked in and sat next to me. I invited him to join me and he did. He turned out to be an intrepid traveler from Australia and an author and lecturer. He is finishing up Countries to finish his memoirs for traveling to 100 countries! His name is Peter Sewell https://www.petersewell.com/training.html needless to say, it was a fascinating dinner and a wonderful way to end a trip.
