Thursday night, I just hung around our little Conch shell Inn. The B&B / hotel has just 12 units and is sandwiched between two bars and on the beach. The place is owned by someone in CA and run by Vivian, like more of a den mother. Very sweet and vivacious. She and her two daughters live on site, somewhere behind us.
the big excitement came when someone asked Vivian if she could harvest the coconut tree. She tried, then my Aggie friend Mike (has been here with his sister Abby) who is a Physical therapist (very much reminds me of my son Brett) decides to shimmy up the tree to successfully retrieve the coconut. A party ensued and other guests joined in.
- Ramon dive village
- Mike the Aggie decides to scale the tree.
- Mike with his well earned prize
- Cutting the coconut- of course adding some rum!
